Payment reminders and account notices by text, for customers who financed a vehicle with us.

What Account Alerts are

Frankford Auto Center sends text messages to customers who bought a vehicle on our in-house financing and agreed to receive them: payment reminders, notices that a payment is past due, other notices about their account, and our answers when they text us. We do not send marketing texts.

Texts come from (302) 889-1068. Message frequency varies with your account; past-due reminders are sent at most once a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help at any time.

How customers join

Customers join in person at the dealership by signing our Consent to Text Messages form, a separate one-page form. It is voluntary and is not a condition of buying a vehicle, of financing, or of credit. Nobody is signed up from this website.

I agree that Frankford Auto Center may send Account Alerts text messages to the mobile number above about my vehicle and my payment account: payment reminders, notices that a payment is past due, other notices about my account, and replies when I text them.

  • Texts come from (302) 889-1068. Message frequency varies with my account; past-due reminders are sent at most once a day. After I join, I get one text confirming it.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • I can reply STOP at any time to stop the texts, or HELP for help. I can also call (302) 930-5740 or email info@frankfordautocenter.com.
  • Agreeing is voluntary and is not a condition of buying any vehicle, of financing, or of credit.
  • I am 18 or older and the account holder of this mobile number, or have the account holder's permission. If my number changes, I will tell the shop.
